Hey. I am trying to test a protocol everyday. I cant stake sanUSDC_CHF and other stable pairs, is that function turned off at the moment ?

Indeed not all staking pools are necessarily available at all times. Only the activated pools for which rewards are being distributed are displayed at app.angle.money.
If you want to have more information about the state of the protocol, you can look at analytics.angle.money.
